And she’s decent to be fair… for a 4 year old.
I can teach your mum to beat match, using only her eyes, in the time it takes you to say ‘this is piss easy’.

Before you get triggered and throw the CDJs out your upstairs window…
This isn’t to take away from the art of DJing.
Driving is easy, but people still plough their cars through walls every hour of every day. Others win trophies and get sprayed in champagne.
In the same vein, some DJs are great, some are awful… others are even worse.
All those DJs are mixing on some flavour of the same gear. Pioneer. Technics. Denon. Or a controller with a different logo that looks like a Pioneer or a Denon.
DJing is easy.
Doing it really well, really often, is hard.
Being different is hard.
Standing out is hard.
But luckily for you, being a DJ is easy.
But – because it’s easy, lots of people are doing it.
Guess what?
They’re not all good.
They’re not all learning how to do it properly.
They’re not all in it for the right reasons.
Don’t moan about that. Don’t bitch. Pull your thoughts out of the comments section… nobody wants to read your negativity.
A large pool of mediocre DJs means the much smaller pool of people who really care have a chance to stand out like a sore thumb.
Embrace the suck.
That suck is your competition.
It’s not learning its craft. It’s not showing up like it should. It’s not networking, it’s not focusing on its output. It’s not constantly finding new music. It forgets its headphones and needs to borrow yours.

They aren’t putting in the effort, but you can.
And if you do, you’ll be rewarded.
While the cats away, the mouse will book all the cats gigs.
