STEP ONE: THE CONTENT
You’re going to be connecting with promoters that are perfect for you, but who haven’t heard of you (yet) so first we level up your content and have your socials and music platforms looking so good they’ll seem like you’ve hired a really good agency to run them.
You’ll install systems to help you increase your audience and grow your followers – and we’ll make it easy for you to run your socials at a high-level, even if you think you have nothing to post.
STEP TWO: THE CONNECTIONS
Dance music is a game of connections – especially when it comes to booking gigs. Imagine if you had 100 friends, family or acquaintances that ran events that played your style of music – would you ever be stuck for a booking ever again? Of course not.
Connections are everything in this game, so step two is to get you connected to the 100+ promoters that are perfect bookers for you.
We’ll then laser focus on these bookings and forget everybody else for now. “Putting yourself out there” is a fool’s errand with no direction or plan. Instead, you’ll sniper target the places you should be playing – and stay focused on them until they’re booked.
STEP THREE: THE BOOKINGS
Finally, you’ll use our proven tactics to turn those 100+ events that are right for you into bookings, repeat bookings and residencies – so that every month is a Fully Booked month. You’ll do this by installing your bookings system so that you can be your own booking agent.
If you don’t have a booking agent pitching and hunting down gigs for you, then you’re supposed to be the booking agent. And if you’re not doing it – then nobody is. So how are gigs ever supposed to happen? They’re not. Let’s fix that forever.
THE end result
When you’ve completed and executed Fully Booked, you’ll have your own bookings engine running inside your artist career and you’ll be acting as your own booking agent. You’ll be having regular conversations with clubs, festivals and events you want to play – and you’ll be playing regular shows on a cadence that suits you.
You get to decide what Fully Booked looks like.
When those bookers check you out on socials, they’ll see an artist they respect and somebody who takes their career seriously. You’ll have the tools to build tours, run your own successful events, and attract management or an agency using the momentum you’ve built.
You’ll have the blueprint and the tools to fill your calendar with gigs you’re proud of every single month – and you get to decide where you bring it next.
HERE’S HOW IT HAPPENS
The Training
To start, you’ll follow the video training inside Fully Booked to implement what we teach and build out your content and bookings systems.
The Support
This is not a course – it’s coaching. So you’re not on your own. As you progress through the training you’ll have a weekly check-in inside the community, so that we can keep you in momentum and ensure you’re making progress. We’ll help you when you need help, and celebrate with you when you don’t. We’re also inside the community Monday to Friday for daily support whenever you need help, advice, or feedback.
The Calls
Each week, we have live group coaching calls in different timezones that you can jump on for support and motivation. Some of them are Q&A style where you can get direct help and feedback on your work, others are training style where we share new strategies or help you implement existing tools.
The Community
You’ll get access to two layers inside the Underbooth community. Firstly, you’ll get access to the Fully Booked space where you and the other acts in the programme can share ideas and what’s working – and get help.
Secondly, you’ll get access to the paid private members community where we have well-known labels host A&R sessions and sign tracks each week. We have high-level booking agents, artist managers, talent buyers, music marketers, social media managers and more host live Q&A calls each week.
We have a gig swap network to help you book and swap shows with acts of a similar style to you. And we have regular online and in-person meet-ups.

How does Fully Booked work?
Fully Booked is a coaching program designed to help you act as your own booking agent.
◗ You’ll learn the systems, strategies, and tools needed to book shows.
◗ We’ll help you install these systems in your career so you can book gigs consistently.
◗ Through coaching, we’ll advise, support, and push you forward as you put these systems into action.
The goal is to help you build lifelong industry connections—a network that will feed your career long after you’ve finished the program. You’ll leave with great content, strong industry relationships, and a fully booked schedule (whatever “fully booked” means for you).
Will you book gigs for me?
No. Fully Booked is not a booking agency, and we don’t believe in pay-for-play.
Instead, we equip you with the tools and knowledge to book your own gigs, consistently and strategically.
Think of it like this: Give a man a fish, and he’ll eat for a day. Teach him to fish, and he’ll never be hungry again.
Our goal is for you to become so successful at booking yourself that you eventually get signed to an agent—if that’s what you want.
What if I’m not releasing music?
While releases help if you’re building a full-time career, you don’t need to be releasing music to book shows through Fully Booked.
We have multiple other ways to break the ice with promoters, gain their attention, and secure gigs.
In fact, 40% of our members aren’t releasing music, yet they’re still landing gigs they’re proud of.
How long before I see results?
That depends entirely on you.
◗ Some members watch every training and attend every call but hesitate to pitch, which slows their progress.
◗ Others binge the first batch of trainings over a weekend, start reaching out on Monday, and land gigs the same day.
With the right strategy, booking your first show can happen quickly. Building a consistent, full-time schedule takes work. If you commit to the process, you’ll get quick wins while also building long-term success.
